- Handling inbound & outbound phone calls & Emails (Point of contact for customers)
- Handling inquiries of current and prospective members in respect to Government related services.
- Managing feedback/ complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve members' issues.
- Strong Communicative and time management skills.
- Exposure to strong customer-orientated environment is an added advantage.
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions.
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
- Duration: 2 May 2024 to November 2024 (Min 5 months commitment - Subjected to extension and conversion)
- Eligible to benefits such as AL and Medical after three (3) months of service
- Mondays to Fridays; 830 am to 6 pm
- Paid training provided.
