- Lead software development project independently.
- Work closely with US partners to define product requirements and provide technical solutions
- Possibly people manage a small team locally (
- Hands on demeanor to provide solutions as well as active involved in coding
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Software development leadership experience, including experience writing and/or testing software applications, leading teams and improving the software development lifecycle.
- Extensive development experience, preferably more than 15yrs, of releasing software for desktop and cloud with complex user interfaces. Experience in developing molecular diagnostic applications is desired.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript and development tools and technologies such as: Virtualization, Docker, cloud applications.
- Ability to work well independently and lead a team.
- Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
- Proven dedication to our fundamental principles of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement
- Software engineering leadership, especially staffing and growing teams.
- Software development experience with innovative practices, such as Agile Development.
- Proficient written and verbal communication in the English language.
