- Responsible for the effective daily delivery of human resources and administration services;
- Propose and coordinate comprehensive organization-wides statutory training and initiatives for learning and development, including the training plan and budget;
- Consolidate learning and development needs to bridge service gaps, enhancement of skills sets;
- Effectively monitor, track, evaluation and report on the impact of learning (KPIs, behavior change, qualitative feedback etc);
- Support in various staff engagement programs, such as employee talent retention (i.e. workplace outreach program), and internship initiatives;
- Participate in HR related projects and engagement initiatives;
- Support general HR related office administration (i.e. staff uniforms, access cards, time attendance, nametags, storages etc);
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, preferably holds an ACTA or ACLP certification, with at least 4 years of relevant experience;
- Good communication skills to engage employees at different levels;
- Sound knowledge of Singapore employment, labour law and HR practices;
- Team player and ability to maintain professional levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
