Account Manager are responsible on client management, serving as a main point of contact between the client and the company by managing and nurturing relationships.

What you will do:

Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, objectives and expectations. Act as a liaison between the client and the company
Communication : Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns and provide feedbacks
Account Planning : Develop strategic accounts plan by outlining sales forecast to maximize utilization
Customer retention : Implement strategies to retain existing clients and performing annual account reviews
Sales Support : Collaborate with sales team to complete client onboarding
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

What we are looking for:

Min 1 year in B2B account management/servicing (Lending or relevant trade knowledge is preferred)
Diploma Holder
Excel and Microsoft skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
