    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • To generate sales revenue for Aftersales market.
    • Attend to all sales and operation related queries
    • Manages and prepares all the budget cost or estimates for Aftersales tender projects.
    • Handle and calculate the quantity and costing of the different tender assignment related to Aftersales maket.
    • Plan and look for solution regarding any technical problems during tender.
    • Liaise with suppliers/contractor for their products and services presentation and follow up on bills and quantities.
    • Evaluate and check on market unit rates monthly /quarterly for material and labour cost.
    • Deliver all tender document and costing to project team once the tender is awarded.
    • Attend tenders' site show round, Reply tender clarification, and prepare for tender interview and presentation.
    • Responsible for aftersales service and ensure the set KPIs/sales target are achieved.
    • Manage service contract agreement and ensuring that contractual obligations are performed accordingly.
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance products and customers' satisfaction as well as profitability, productivity, and efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Min Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering/ Automation
    • Min 5 years work experience in Sales/ Tender/Aftersales of related in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Automation environment.
    • Able to give clear and concise presentations to management highlighting on critical issues relating to Aftersales.
    • Positive thinking, Sales-Oriented, Self-Driven and Proactive.
    • Able to communicate effectively and present company well.
    • Good command in English and Mandarin
    • Energetic and approachable personality
    • Team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills
    • Able to work beyond office hours when needed and answer customer calls.
    • Added advantage with Class-3 driving license and own vehicle due to work nature.
