- Assist in recruitment process such as job posting, short listing, and scheduling of suitable candidates for interviews.
- Onboarding and Offboarding for employees.
- Coordinate and administer training & development programs, including submitting claims/training grants to various government agencies.
- Document control representative for ISO.
- Manage payroll functions.
- Work Pass Application, Renewal, and Cancellation.
- Handle matters related to general workers such as dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Core trade, levy waiver, medical checkup for new hires, and monthly renewal workers.
- Matters related to MYE application.
- Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA, and various HR-related surveys.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
