    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with administrative duties and receptionist duties
    • Data Entry
    • General admin work - filing, expense claims, raise and compile trading (buy/sell) sheets for approval
    • Upkeeping of expenses, files and documentations
    • Assist to liaise with client queries whenever needed
    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
    • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

    Requirements

    • Possess a diploma or degree in any fields

    • Prior exposure within as data entry or administrative assistant is advantageous

    • Initiative-taking and keen learning attitude
