- Attend to walk-in visitors, vendors, and interviewees.
- Manage incoming phone calls, answering inquiries.
- Coordinate both overseas and local courier services.
- Maintain and organize the UWEEI (Unidentified Walk-in Entrance and Exit) management system.
- Coordinate corporate communication meetings.
- Manage the recreational area, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
