- The Senior HR Executive supports the Workforce Development team on the organisation's training and development strategy.
- He/She assists in the development and enhancement of the company's Skills Maps and actively contributes to workforce development initiatives through provided platforms.
- As a Senior HR Executive, He/She may be tasked to take charge and lead initiatives related to upskilling of the company's workforce or branding of the company through various external events/avenues.
- He/She is involved in various stakeholders' engagement initiatives and contributes ideas and strategies to strengthen the company's network and relationship with strategic partners to achieve synergy in ensuring the workforce be future ready and competent in competencies related to their job roles referencing closely to the Skills framework.
- The Senior HR Executive is reliable, possesses a deep passion for developing organisational and people capabilities and has strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver work outcomes.
- The Senior HR Executive requires problem-solving skills and is able to manage priorities and address multi-faceted issues effectively.
- He/She has strong communication skills which enables him/her to interact effectively with groups of internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree/ Diploma majoring in Business Management / Human Resource or any related business discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT applications
- Knowledge of infographic presentation and any Artificial Intelligence (AI) software such as ChatGPT would be advantageous.
