Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the car rental industry, including corporate clients, and other potential partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including car rental agencies, fleet management companies, and suppliers.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for expanding market presence and increasing revenue, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer retention programs.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use this information to inform business development strategies.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients, and managing the contract process from negotiation to signing.
Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to promote our car rental services and differentiate our company from competitors.
Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and stakeholders, demonstrating the value proposition of our services and solutions.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and market share, and use this data to identify areas for improvement and optimize business development strategies.
Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Service and build good relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Provide good after-sales service and manage account receivables

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development within the car rental industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the car rental industry, including market dynamics, customer segments, and competitor landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and drive execution to achieve business objectives.
