Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prospecting for potential clients who could benefit from your products within a specified geographical area
Traveling to meet with prospective clients, both locally and internationally
Establishing new client relationships while nurturing existing ones
Understanding and interpreting customer needs and preferences
Generating price quotes and proposals for clients
Negotiating sales terms and finalizing agreements with clients
Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients post-sale
Managing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction with products and services
Analyzing sales data and costs to optimize performance
Compiling and presenting reports to headquarters or management
Achieving and surpassing sales targets on a regular basis
Coordinating sales initiatives and projects
Representing the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and promotional events
Delivering technical presentations to demonstrate product capabilities and benefits to clients
Offering pre-sales technical guidance and educating clients on product features
Collaborating with sales colleagues and technical experts to address client needs effectively
Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
Assisting in the development of customized product solutions as needed
Providing training and creating support materials for the sales team
Assisting the sales manager with data analysis and sales presentations
Knowledge in gas control and analysis equipment in vacuum process (RGA, Manometer, Gas concentration monitor, MFC, MFM)
