Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Application Engineer with expertise in laser wafer dicing processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by providing technical expertise and support to our customers, understanding their requirements, and effectively demonstrating the capabilities of our laser dicing solutions.

Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges related to wafer dicing processes.
Provide technical expertise and consultation to customers on the capabilities, features, and benefits of our laser wafer dicing solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops to showcase the performance and effectiveness of our laser dicing equipment.
Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to stay updated on the latest advancements in laser technology and incorporate customer feedback into product development.
Assist customers with installation, setup, and optimization of laser dicing equipment, ensuring smooth integration into their manufacturing processes.
Provide training and technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site, to ensure successful implementation and operation of our solutions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop technical collateral, case studies, and application notes highlighting the value proposition of our products.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in material handling automation, especially in the semiconductor and electronics industry preferred.
In-depth knowledge of laser technology, specifically applied to wafer dicing applications, including different laser types, parameters, and process optimization techniques.
Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support customer engagements and sales activities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
