We are seeking a Head of People to join our team:
The Head of People will report directly to the CEO, playing a crucial role in fostering a close relationship with the management team. Responsibilities include driving innovative leadership, talent management, and developing frameworks aligning with business strategies and goals.
This role requires challenging traditional HR norms, taking a hands-on approach to processes and policies, and nurturing a long-term culture. The ideal candidate will work independently and build a high-performing team over time.
