Responsibilities:

Treasures Squads -

Be part of Wealth Management Customer Journey Squads 2&3 - I Act & I Monitor (AI Onshore & AI Offshore) to formulate business strategies and using data insights to drive Treasures AI client engagement, wallet share and improve client experience

Utilizing Data Driven Operation Model (DDOM) to maximize value from data and drive business management. Drive cognitive and automated banking initiatives through development of control towers/alerts and Machine learning models.

Create visualizations and present clear, concise, and actionable insights to the key stakeholders, lead discussions on analytics and interpretation of results

Manage and support data execution which required for Squads 2&3, such as rollout Next Best Conversation (NBC) experiments in Client Connect etc.

Own the development/enhancement/maintenance of reports for Squads2&3. Drive Automation and minimize manual reporting.

Work closely with Data management team to enable seamless migration to new data platform.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in SQL/Python/SAS Programming.

At least 8 years of experience in data/business analytics.

Self-driven with strong analytical, highly numerate, problem solving, communication (verbal and written), good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently around tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Experience in Business Intelligence tools, data mining and ability to manipulate and handle large dataset

Degree in Banking/Finance, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science or related disciplines
