- Follow up order process from confirmation to shipment
- Follow up on the sampling process
- Help managing the order allocation process within the department strategy and the set framework from Headquarters
- Help to manage quotations, price analysis and price negotiations with supplier
- Monitor selection critical path by daily liaisons with supporting departments and external parties
- Work closely and effectively with cross-functional departments (QA, PD, Sourcing, Production, Artwork...) to mitigate potential risks and to ensure on-time delivery with the required quality standards
- Contributes on the evaluation and monitor the factories for continuous improvement and business development
- Proactively anticipate issues and provide problem solving wherever necessary
- To provide support to the Line Manager
- Good command of written and spoken English, additional languages would benificial
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Must be self motivated, organised, responsible, hardworking and independent
- Good working attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player
- Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fresh graduates will a relevant degreee will also be considered
- Familiar with the related compliance standard is an advantage
