Roles & Responsibilities

Duty and Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of finance functions including full set of accounts, management reports, budgeting and forecasting, cashflow planning, performance analysis, project costing and risk management.
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
Responsible for payroll, GST submission and corporate tax returns
Provide project costing analysis and financial advice to the sales team and management
Responsible for timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management ensure the accounting processes (AP, AR and Bank recon etc.) and the company's finance policies are efficient
Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities and finance policies
Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal

Job Qualification and Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalents
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
With 1-3 yrs experience in auditing
Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience with ABSS Accounting Software
Able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop strong working relationships
5 day week @ AMK area
