We are currently looking for a Data Center IT Lead to join our talented team at NCS.

What we aim to achieve together:

Perform shift duty to support 24x7 DC Operations stand-by duties for emergencies.
Oversee IT equipment hardware inventory in individual racks inside the DC.
Manage on-site works within the Data Centre including site preparation, network cabling, infrastructure maintenance, and more.
Coordinate preventive maintenance for Data Centre infrastructure such as UPS systems, Fire Suppression systems, and CCTV systems.
Operate Electronic Visitation Management System accurately and promptly.
Provide Remote Hand Support and handle input and output media with care for data integrity.
Monitor Data Centre Facilities infrastructure and IT Systems for optimal functioning.
Manage incident escalations and ensure timely resolution based on criticality and SLA.
Mitigate escalations of high impact system failures and track incidents to closure.

A bit about you:

Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in DC Operations Support and Batch Management.
Initiative with a positive attitude, customer service focus, and ability to work independently.
Goal-oriented, team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Available to work shifts for 24x7 Data Centre operations.

Additional skills that may be helpful:

Proficiency in Basic SAP, Data Centre Operations Support, and ITIL methodologies.
