Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales teams across all regions to gather and consolidate sales unit

data, including property sales, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, including property details, sales

prices, transaction dates, and buyer information, using a centralized database system.

Verify the completeness and accuracy of sales unit records, resolving any

discrepancies or errors promptly.

Generate regular reports and analyses to track sales performance, trends, and key

metrics for each region for management.

Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate recording and

reconciliation of sales unit data with financial statements and reports.

Assist in the development and implementation of standardized processes, procedures,

and tools to streamline sales unit recording and reporting across all regions.

Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to improve sales operations

efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Diploma in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in data management, sales administration, or real estate operations

preferably in a multi-regional or international context.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex sales data.

Proficiency in database management, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel, with

experience using CRM systems or sales management software.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage

multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with

cross-functional teams

Knowledge of real estate sales processes, terminology, and regulations is

advantageous.
