    Roles & Responsibilities

    Innotrek is an outdoor company based in Singapore that specializes in organizing outdoor activities and team-building experiences. We offer a range of adventure programs and experiences designed to promote teamwork, leadership, and personal development. Innotrek's activities include trekking, camping, kayaking, rock climbing, and various team-building challenges. We cater to corporate groups, schools, and organizations seeking to engage in outdoor experiential learning and promote team cohesion. Innotrek aims to provide unique and memorable outdoor experiences while fostering personal growth and enhancing interpersonal skills.

    Job offer: Programme Coordinator

    Job Description:

    1. Proposal/Quotation Writing and Budget Planning

    2. Preparing documents for submission of proposals

    3. Submit indentations and work with suppliers and third party vendors for meals, buses, etc

    4. Checking and ensuring operations are run to expectations

    5. Following up with sales enquiries

    6. Managing post project matters like payments to suppliers, invoices etc

    7. All admin matters related to projects

    8. Assisting operations team in planning and coordinating projects

    9. Able to work late nights and stayover if required

    10. Fulfil manpower requirement if manpower is short

    Requirement

    1. Diploma / Degree of any field (certificates relating to events or the outdoor industry will be an added bonus)

    2. Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment

    3. Positive thinking and resilient

    4. Good customer service and interpersonal skills

    5. Good team player

    6. Good with numbers and meticulous in details

    7. Good negotiation skills

    8. Having a Class 3/3A license will be an added advantage (vehicle provided)

    Working Days & Hours

    1. 5.5 days work week

    2. Weekdays to 1800

    3. Saturdays to 1300

    4. Off In Lieu will be provided for working on Sundays or PH

    5. Able to work late nights and stayover if required
