Job Summary:
The Administrative Executive will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and office support activities. The ideal candidate will be an organized professional with exceptional SAP skills, capable of multitasking and adapting to the evolving needs of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage office administration tasks, including document control, mail handling, and supply management.
•Utilize SAP software to process business transactions, extract data reports, and maintain accurate records.
•Assist in financial operations, including budget tracking and invoicing within the SAP system.
•Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure optimal time management.
•Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
•Provide support to various departments in administrative duties, including HR, sales, and operations.
•Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and systems for increased efficiency.
•Liaise with IT department to resolve any SAP-related issues and ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on using SAP software.
•Proficient in SAP ERP with a solid understanding of its modules and functionalities.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
