    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Job Title: HR Executive
    • Job Description & Requirements:
      • Recruitment
        • - Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for HQ and outlets
        • - Liaise with agencies for foreign recruitment
        • - Schedule interviews with candidates via phone / WhatsApp / email
        • - Process work permits for foreign workers
        • - Conduct medical checks for foreign workers
        • - Fill vacancies based on manpower needs
        • - Propose salaries for candidates
        • - Prepare employment letters and contracts
        • - Create employee files
      • Payroll
        • - Gather documents for monthly processing
        • - Address queries during payroll period
        • - Handle IR21 submission for foreign workers
        • - Prepare final settlements for resignees
        • - Ensure accurate payroll submission
      • HR Information Systems (HRIS)
        • - Update databases promptly and accurately
        • - Input new hires into systems
        • - Manage TMS system and records
      • Administration
        • - Update leave records
        • - Print and distribute forms
        • - Communicate internally on announcements
        • - Manage pantry supplies
        • - Assist with employees' queries
        • - Apply for government funding
      • Requirements:
        • - Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu
        • - Diploma in HR
        • - Minimum 2 years HR experience in recruitment and payroll
        • - Good understanding of Employment Act of Singapore
        • - Meticulous, neat, and detail-oriented
        • - Initiative and willingness to learn
        • - Passion for HR
        • - Immediate availability preferred
