Roles & Responsibilities

Position : Business Development Manager (IT Software products for Retail / F&B market/ B2B / Cold Calling)
Location: Raffles Place
Working hours : 5 days (Monday - Friday: 9-6)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8500 + Annual leave start 14 days (add on 1 every year max 21 days)
Duration : Permanent
Industry : ICT platform for Chain Store Management (Retailers & Restaurants)

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with executive leadership on strategic account list building, qualification,
scoring and prioritization (software products)
Responsible for supporting the company in the overall development of new business by
promoting core and value-added services through opportunity-based sales.
Achieve business targets through excellent sales and communication skills.
Identification of new business opportunities through cold calling prospects generated by
internal or external sources.
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
Be the master of your own schedule, prioritizing time spent visiting accounts in order to
meet and exceed monthly sales goal.
Provide deep customer insights back into the Product team, ensuring deeply understand
customer needs.
Demonstrate value to key stakeholders. Confidently engage different stakeholders,
negotiate win-win agreements and close large deals.
To carry any duties that have been assigned by the company or management.

Responsible:

Diploma/ Bachelor in Computer Science, Business or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experiences in B2B sales software, ICT
Strong English language proficiency and effective communication skills
In-depth Retail, F&B market knowledge
Confident, convince, able to work independently
