- Collaborate with the program manager, engineering functions, service and manufacturing organizations to successfully transfer new products and meet requirements for production ramping.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Management team to initiate and maintain productive working relationships with critical suppliers.
- Orient the development team by adapting schedule, evaluating priorities, and communicating changes through regular meetings.

- 2 or more years of proven successful project management track record.
- Experience with system engineering development of complex semiconductor metrology system, related sub-system including optomechanical, mechatronics, software, is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with interferometry system, related modules including optics, laser, camera, sensors, is highly desirable.
- Strong command of general physics, math and basic computational skills are also highly desirable.
- About 5% global travel will be required.
