    UCT is looking for a talented Receptionist to join us in Singapore

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and visitors to the company.
  • Handle all incoming telephone calls, divert calls to respective department and taking down messages when required.
  • Manage couriers, incoming & outgoing mails, perform sorting and distribution of mails to relevant department
  • To upkeep and ensure proper maintenance of office equipment
  • To track and replenish stationery, office and pantry supplies
  • To negotiate, source with/for vendors periodically for better pricing on printing of name cards
  • To assist on HR admin work that includes preparation orientation kits for new hires, updating of training matrix database and locker keys.
  • To assist secretary organizing customers' lunch/dinner and meetings; support the team on internal and external events and employees' engagement activities
  • To assist in season parking arrangement for employees
  • Raising Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order for operation and admin related invoices
  • Provide daily admin support as requested by HR and superior
  • To render operational support for company transport including processing monthly invoice from vendor
  • Ensure cleanliness on company meeting room
  • External Training admin: Training registration, process and submission of government training claims, level 3 evaluation
  • Internal Training admin: Maintain training database, setup the e-learning courses, track and report level 1 and 3 training evaluation, monthly training dashboard reporting, provide logistic support for internal training
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Educational/Certification Requirement :

  • Minimum O-Level
  • Experience Requirement:

  • Organized and meticulous
  • Good coordination, interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience
