Roles & Responsibilities

Need renovation industry experience
Develop and execute business growth strategies and project management for the organization.
Create acquisition and retention strategies for successful client onboarding and long-term relations.
Develop and execute sales action plans incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs).
Execute and manage projects arising from business partnerships.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
Collaborate with marketing and membership teams on launches, promotions, and campaigns, aligning strategies for maximum sales impact.
Maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns through project focused solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Assessing potential risks and challenges associated with new ventures or strategies and developing mitigation plans.
Prepare reports on business development activities, project progress and outcomes for management review.
