    Roles & Responsibilities

    Service Administrator

    Working hours: 8.30am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

    Location: Near Jurong East MRT

    Salary: $2,800 - $3,200

    The Service Administrator is responsible for supporting the service department, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves customer service, data management, sales support, and administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities

    • Report to Service Supervisor.
    • Manage customer inquiries, dispatching them to service engineers.
    • Maintain accurate customer and equipment data in the database.
    • Generate reports and utilize software (ASTEA, IBS, IFS, Word, Excel).
    • Support service booking targets through customer reminders and quotes.
    • Process service part orders and assist with administrative tasks.

    Requirements

    • Diploma (or equivalent) & strong communication skills.
    • Proficiency in customer service, data management, and software (ASTEA, Word, Excel).
    • Ability to learn technical terms and work independently/ collaboratively.
