    Our client, a Digital Bank, is looking for a Customer Services lead to join them.

    In this role, you will lead the Customer Service team in Singapore and be the accountable service owner for all client service-related activities for the digital bank.

    The ideal candidate for this role will oversee the management of the team and call centre, and will have oversight of both the local and offshore teams while motivating and developing the team.

    We're looking for someone with experience execution experience in client or customer service with exposure to non-retail/SME vertical, and with deep understanding with call centre management.
