    Roles & Responsibilities

    Morgan McKinley is in search of a Premier Partner Experience Specialist to join our client's Operations team at a multinational social media company.

    This individual will directly assist our client's partners, ensuring exceptional support experiences and addressing operational issues related to partner programs and associated products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver delightful, personalized support experiences to partners.
    • Lead partner onboarding and serve as the primary point of contact for operations.
    • Address partner inquiries regarding product features, bugs, etc.
    • Resolve complex issues by identifying pain points and implementing effective solutions.
    • Identify trends in partner issues and provide feedback to cross-functional teams.
    • Implement processes to enhance partner experience.
    • Enhance support workflows for issue resolution and product insights.
    • Develop expertise in product and issue resolution to enhance support quality.
    • Contribute to building and maintaining a centralized knowledge base.
    • Train new employees on current workflows, processes, and internal tools.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • Has 3-5 years of experience in operations, customer support, technical support, or account/partner management.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting, triaging issues, problem-solving, and issue identification.
    • Preferably, experience in the media industry, support operations, and APIs.
    • Familiarity with Excel and/or basic data and insights tools.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to work occasional non-traditional hours (outside of 9am-6pm).
