    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our residential leasing team is made up of highly skilled leasing consultants and corporate tenancy managers. They all have in-depth knowledge of the Singapore residential market and have been carefully selected to ensure you benefit from our exceptional service. We are searching for a diligent Tenancy Executive/Administrator to join our innovative team.

    Responsibilities:

    Admin/Client Management

    • Prepare reports as requested by clients, ad-hoc and regular basis
    • Vet tenancy documents to ensure accuracy and in-line with clients' policy
    • Ensure all tenancy documents required are in place and provided by the agents
    • Assist with renewals when we are no longer working with the original Tenant's agent
    • Maintain good working relation with the consultants handling the assigned client files

    Check-in

    • To do thorough inspection of the property to ensure the working condition during check-in and take photos to capture the condition
    • Prepare the Property Condition Report showing the defects clearly

    Maintenance

    • Assist with maintenance coordination for clients
    • Point of contact for assignees where tenancy management has been initiated

    Departure

    • Conduct pre-inspections for properties where departure has been initiated and assist with the arrangement of reinstatement works
    • Attend the handover of properties and assist with the security deposit refund in an expeditious manner

    Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

    Requirements:

    • 2 years of experience in leasing and/or tenancy management
    • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations are advantageous
    • Strong communication skills
    • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task
    • Proficiency MS Office
    • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
