    Description

    Product Management & Marketing

  • Equip countries sales & application team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to promote/sell the portfolio. This may include, product training, application training and provide relevant clinical papers
  • Review product data to ensure that country sales team is kept up to date on new developments of TWF portfolio and competitors' portfolio
  • Implement sales & marketing strategies for Tumor Workflow portfolio in SEA region to achieve sales & marketing objectives
  • Define Customer Targeting and Segmentation, Market mapping and Product Positioning
  • Conduct market scanning to report competitor analysis & Market Trend for management decision marketing
  • Coordinate marketing activities (regional & local) between HQ – local entities and / or distributors to support TWF projects.
  • Coordinate product registration and technology assessment with regulatory and clinical team support.

    • KOLs & Customer Relationship Management

  • Visit customers regularly to build strong relationship between customers and ZEISS
  • Recruit, develop & manage KOLs in SEA to promote TWF with peer-to-peer influence.
  • Plan & organize regular regional panels & users meeting (online & offline) to build loyalty and increase utilization.
  • Collect feedback from customers & collate back to HQ.
  • Ensure all customer complaints are managed in an efficient manner (including filing of complains, response to customers, rectifying problems, obtaining report from HQ & feedback to customers) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish & manage TWF reference sites in SEA to increase peer-to-peer influences.
  • Organize sites visits or trainings to TWF portfolio refence sites in SEA for key prospects in SEA with peer-to-peer influences.
  • Participate in events, conferences & workshops to support SEA countries to promote TWF.

    • Sales Management

  • Keep track of all TWF projects & conduct regular discussion with countries to develop action plans to move project sales stage to the next level
  • Engage and support all pre-sales activities in SEA which includes product presentations & demonstrations to move sales stage to the next level.
  • Coordinate & support post-sales activities in SEA whenever required to ensure adoptions.

    • Product and Application support

  • Provides advance application & basic clinical training and support to TWF customers in SEA to ensure utilisation.
  • Conducts clinical education activities that facilitate learning regarding clinically relevant information to customers

    • Stakeholders Management

  • Manage internal stakeholders (cross functional teams & inter-countries)
  • Liaise between SEA countries' team and HQ for various activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business
  • Minimal 5 years of product management or application support experience in the field of oncology (equipment) or neuro (equipment or devices)
  • Good presentations skills
  • Market scanning & assessments
  • Product training skills
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong Customers (internal & external) orientation
  • Strong team player
  • Regular travelling in SEA region
  • Attending events (conferences, meetings & workshops) during weekends or non-office hours
