- Implement and manage complex marketing automation campaigns in marketing automation tools, including customer journeys, segmentation, automation rules, and triggers.
- Work with agency partner to develop and execute targeted and personalized campaigns that align with marketing objectives, drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with business units to develop strategies, plan, and execute tactics across customer digital touchpoints.
- Plan, manage, execute and optimize tactical and nurture campaigns to drive sales and leads on digital channels using marketing automation tools
- Continuously monitor and analyze platform performance across the marketing technology stack provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, campaign briefs, and technical specifications.
- Work with acquisition team to conduct testing and optimization for segmentation activities to improve performance
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Business
- Working experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Eloqua and Google Analytics, possessing relevant certifications is a plus
- Experience with customer data platforms and marketing data is a plus
- Experience working with Asana, JIRA, MS Office, Visio, Lucid Charts and/or project management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills by providing clear communicating priorities, objectives/goals and deliverables
- Some knowledge and experience in data query and integration concepts such as SQL, Javascript, APIs and SFTP
- Understanding of analytical tools like Google Analytics, GTM and Customer Identity & Access Management is a plus
- Ability to work with cross functional teams to identify use cases to be implemented for platforms
- Self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented team player
- Detail oriented to ensure data and content compliance
- Strong in communications with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated operator who can work comfortably as an individual contributor and comfortable with navigating through the organisation to get things done.
