We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Production Services Application Support to join our Engineering team. This role is located in Singapore - HYBRID

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Learn how businesses use systems in your respective service and support improvements.

Works to ensure appropriate proactive monitoring and alerting setup.

Accountability on root cause analysis and problem management to address business impacting issues and resolving underlying technical issues.

Collaborates with business and application development stakeholders to enhance application stability.

Learn system tools to monitors changes to applications and their operating environment ( DRIFT/ Cloud prober/ App dynamics).

Learn system architecture and flow to help recommend solutions on reoccurring application incidents but using automation.

Reviews and develops updates of contingency documentation and processes.

As part of the Run the Bank team, Release Management must be taken seriously to help stability.

Work with Senior Support members to learn incident resolution process and escalation procedures.

Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial.

years of diverse experience in information technology required; experience in the Markets or financial services industry is a plus

Knowledge of supporting production systems is preferred

Strong communication and problem solving preferred

A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude to take on challenges.
