    Roles & Responsibilities

    Salary From $2,200 to $2,800 (Depending on expierence)

    Job Summary:

    You will provide administrative, logistics, and office support to the IDRTO department. You will liaise with department staff and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.

    Responsibilities:

    -Provide general administrative support to all subunits in the department.
    -Provide support to director/HoDs including managing calendars.
    -Provide secretariat and logistical support to department meetings and events including scheduling, prepare presentations and minutes taking. In addition, catering, planning and setup for events.
    -Assist with submitting and tracking necessary requests for new hire, resign staff.
    -Update and maintain contact details for all personnel in the department to the Healthcare Messaging System.
    -Maintain and update departmental asset.
    -Provide administrative support for procurement and tracking of department finance.
    -Disseminate emails/reminders to department staff.
    -Prepare and collate CME for tracking purposes.
    -Review and ensure proper documentation of documents as per department's protocol.
    -Ensure all logistics and office supplies, forms etc. are readily available and stocks replenished.

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
    • Proficient in using MS Office.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to multi-task.
    • Meticulous and possessing strong organizational skills.
    • Demonstrate high integrity to safeguard and ensure the confidentiality of information.
    • Able to work as a team as well as independently.
