- Manage and align the monthly long-term planning with Business Marketing Manager.
- Support all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating and revising forecast for Business Review Meeting. Adjust forecasts based on meeting outputs.
- Developed a balanced demand plan that supports business direction to achieve the sales targets.
- Manage the escalation process and support in prioritization of customer orders in case of constraints.
- Manage and identify inventory optimization.
- Working closely with relevant stakeholders eg. GBS / FOM / IWD to manage delivery OTIF on time.
- Support all relevant functions in the end-to end supply chain activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management experience
- Understanding the Market Demand Planning and S&OP process.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
