    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products, services, pricing, and orders.
    • Assisting customers with placing orders, providing product recommendations, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
    • Assisting with sales administration tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
    • Addressing customer complaints, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
    • Following up on sales leads generated through various channels to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities.
    • Providing feedback to the sales team regarding customer interactions and opportunities for improvement.
    • Generating reports and analyses from customer data to identify trends, opportunities,
    • Collecting customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
    • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products or services and address any post-purchase issues.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma
    • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
    • Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Good communication skills and pleasant personality
