- Familiarize with Ericsson's global organization (MAs, SAs, Key Accounts, Main Financials) and overall contribution to the Industry.
- Understand global industry dynamics with increasing depth in selected industry areas
- Develop deep expertise in multiple industry areas, and be present in media.
- Develop simple collateral or relevant pieces of more complex collateral autonomously in knowledgeable areas.
- Lead development, roll-out or sale of new collaterals into multiple domains Identify new value propositions and coordinate collaterals development.
- Manage team motivation and ensure high team performance Balance project and individual career.
- Lead large proposals including definition of the scope, team design and pricing Organize team for proposed engagement. Guide, direct and lead proposal efforts.
- Education: BE, M.SC, MBA or equivalent degree.
- 10+ years' experience, from within the Telco/Systems Integration Industry on driving IT and Network transformation programs or projects of high complexity.
- Hands on experience in developing consulting methodologies.
- Good at development of collaterals, resource manaegment etc.
- Deep experience of leading teams in a multicultural collaborative environment.
