- Solution scoping with district and customer, contributing to opportunity qualification
- Building Indicative integrated solution scope and customer value proposition
- Building winning proposals, by bringing all internal experts together, coordinate solution designs that are compelling, viable and affordable for customer and Philips
- Leading co-create in terms of preparation, facilitation and outcome report to address customer needs and solution roadmap
- Developing complex /customized Solutions, including first to markets, where customization of solutions is required at several levels
- Responsible for identified improvement initiatives aimed at improving effectivity and efficiency of solution development
- Engaging and building strategic customer relationships (C-suites/Government) or partnerships to strengthen Philips positioning and preference
- Developing from the customization new solution modules as candidates for innovation pipeline
- Supporting districts in the shaping of customer transformation as well as influencing the procurement process.
- Developing solution, based on the repository of replicable solution modules, innovating by creative combination of the existing product portfolio
- Knowledge and experience in healthcare ecosystem and industry knowledge
- Value proposition creation based on Philips portfolio knowledge/Solution Modules
- Knowledge and experience in hospital workflow, client and stakeholder management is advantageous.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.
- Consulting experience to design, facilitate and generate outcome report from Smart Hospital cocreate workshop for strategic accounts or strategic projects
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding commercial results
- Process and continuous improvement mindset.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Attention to detail is a must, coupled with a "roll-up-your-sleeves can-do" attitude.

In this role, you drive pricing, revenue optimization and top-line growth of customer services in the zone by acting as a business partner to customer services commercial leader and being a custodian of Commercial Policy.
Your team
Drives the development of the solution design for configured / customized solutions in the opportunity development process in collaboration with Customer, Philips and external experts. Outlines the desired end to end solution and sound commercial proposition based the customer needs, while matching the customer requirements and willingness to pay. Architectures the best combination of solution and commercial proposition satisfying the customer needs based on the relevant input of the experts inside and outside Philips. Accountable for leading the E2E solution design including innovation of selected solution modules in First-of-a-kinds and leading the knowledge transfer to markets for First-to-market proposals. Conducts Co-create workshop for strategic accounts or strategic business to support customers' transformation into Smart Hospital.
