- Underwrite investment opportunities in real estate in key APAC markets (specific focus on Australia and New Zealand), including quantitative and qualitative due diligence (financial, tax and legal, etc).
- Work with senior members of the team in the overall execution of investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment briefing materials, and attend and participate in investment committee meetings.
- Write formal business correspondences, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate meetings and site visits with current and prospective stakeholders.
- Conduct various tasks related to investment monitoring, market research, asset management and fundraising.
- Ability to enter and negotiate/finalise commercial negotiations.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities to optimise outcomes, and know when to escalate to the management.
- Ability to see and communicate \'the bigger picture\' and new business opportunities. Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have the following profile: - Senior Analyst/Associate level experience with leading real estate investment manager, investment bank, real estate developer/operator. Transaction execution experience is a must.
- Exposure to Australia and Industrial/ Logistics would be a big plus but is not essential.
- Strong academic credentials with emphasis on finance, mathematics, real estate, accounting, or related subjects (or demonstrated work experience)
- Excellent numerical and real estate underwriting skills. Thorough knowledge of Word, Powerpoint, and Excel (independent real estate modelling skills and pitch deck making a must) with a high level of attention to detail.
- Be proactive, demonstrate initiative and ability to think independently.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), and strong desire to learn and succeed.
