Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Job:

Providing on-site user application support to customers through visits, phone calls, email communications, and hands-on training, both on-site and virtually.
Taking proactive initiatives to continuously study new products and technologies that align with the existing product portfolio or current market trends.
Assisting sales personnel throughout the sales cycle by offering product knowledge and application support, spanning from presales activities to post-sales support.

Presales

Conduct demonstrations and PowerPoint presentations.
Participate in in-depth technical discussions and propose total solutions in relevant fields.
Arrange teleconferences with end users or principals as needed.

After sales

Conducting application training, including presentations on relevant technology related to medical devices before hands-on sessions.
Providing hands-on training to end users on hardware and software features, clinical applications, and in-service procedures.
Offering troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance for relevant devices.
Addressing user queries as needed.
Delivering value-added service by promoting medical consumables tailored to relevant medical devices.

The Talent:

Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably with a background in Respiratory Therapy and Intensive Care.
Essential: Prior experience in Respiratory/ICU/Critical Care Departments within local government or private institutions.
Advantageous: Familiarity with various patient monitoring devices.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrates self-discipline, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
Possesses a meticulous and organized personality.
Exhibits a positive attitude and a keen willingness to learn.
