1. Role Description:

The Sales Manager in the freight forwarding industry is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base. 2. Specific Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: The sales manager actively seeks out potential clients within the freight forwarding industry. This involves researching target markets, identifying prospective customers, and reaching out to them through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.

2. Sales Strategy Development: They are responsible for devising effective sales strategies tailored to the company's objectives and market dynamics. This includes determining pricing strategies, identifying key selling points, and crafting compelling sales pitches to attract clients.
