Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Learn by the End of the Internship:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals for our courses
Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide customized solutions.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to customers, including resolving issues, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
