Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Support the team by providing technical expertise during customer meetings and product demonstrations.
Conduct product training sessions for customers to ensure proper understanding and usage of the company's offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve products based on customer feedback.
Provide technical support to customers and field service engineers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any technical issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
With 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the company's products and their applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
