Roles & Responsibilities

When it comes to customer service, handling client requests and coordinating with operations teams are crucial tasks. It's important to follow standard procedures, regulations, contracts, and customer needs. Customer service reps play a key role in managing requests, solving problems, sharing information, and addressing billing concerns. The main objective is to nurture strong client relationships and enhance the Business Unit's and organization's reputation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports BUMA and acts as the primary contact for indoor sales for Eurofins Mechem SG clients.
Presents new services to clients and gathers feedback on these offerings.
Clears up client requirements and communicates details to operational teams.
Maintains a good grasp of Eurofins Mechem SG testing capabilities.
Identifies issues related to client needs and collaborates with the right personnel to resolve them.
Addresses inquiries regarding pricing, capabilities, and sample status.
Plans, organizes, and juggles workload, tasks, and duties effectively.
Gets familiar with the functionalities of CRM and eLIMS platforms to ensure timely updates on project files and utilizes ComLims for quote preparation.
Conducts reviews of assigned accounts, client processes, and products when needed.
Ensures the accuracy of COA (Certificate of Analysis) and examines, analyzes, or summarizes results for key clients.
Supports, proposes, leads, and contributes to process enhancement endeavors.
Participates in sales meetings and outreach to potential clients.

Requirement:

An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

University Degree/ Diploma in any field from a reputable University/ Polytechnic, preferably in Chemistry or Business-related disciplines
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Self-driven, dynamic, and results-driven
Outstanding customer service capabilities, with focus on detail, precision, confidentiality, and effective communication
A collaborative team member who is resourceful and capable of autonomous work, even in demanding situations.
