    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Performing the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and acting as a Company Secretary for the company.
    • Preparing and filing of notifications with ACRA
    • Managing operational aspects of shareholder's and directors' meetings, including preparing the meeting agenda , minutes and resolutions, and updating and maintaining statutory and corporate records.
    • Compliance advisory to ensure regulatory and statutory requirements are met.
    • Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings and ancillary documents
    • Customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring)
    • Ensure compliance with the statutory reporting requirements of the Companies Act, Listing Rules, and Code of Corporate Governance 2018

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
    • You ideally possess an ICSA qualification.
    • Preferably with relevant experience in legal firms or established corporate secretarial firms
    • Detail oriented and able to multitask
    • Self-motivated, independent and able to work well under pressure
