Responsibilities:

Provide On Site Sales Submission Chasing assistance at shopping malls around Singapore to DCS Data Operations Team.
Technical Support & Deployment for In House POS Systems and Payment Terminals
Perform Setup, Deployment, Training of Users and Technical Support for In House POS Systems & Payment Terminals (Both Remotely and On Site)
Rotational manning of Support Hotlines will be part of the responsibility. Duty periods last for 1 week.

Requirements

Equivalent to Higher NITEC (relevant course) or Diploma in IT
Without formal qualifications, a background of working in technical IT roles will be required.
Basic Operation of Windows based systems and Networking (Routers & Switches) required as a foundation.
Operation of Android based systems and/or SQL Databases will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication, independent IT problem solving skills will be needed.
Contact with clients and Customers will be frequent.
Travel around Singapore will be necessary (Transport Allowance Provided)
