- Fulfil orders from Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 and according to channel service level agreement
- Overseeing and coordinating the fulfilment process and shipments
- Update shipping status on the channels
- Monitoring inventory levels and submitting orders to warehouse
- Ensure that purchase orders are sent to suppliers
- Co-ordinate with suppliers to prepare goods to be delivered to customers
- Work with customer service to address customers' queries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot issues relating to order shipments, ecommerce purchase, order fulfilment etc
- Manage returns and exchanges
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Comfortable with using technology, like ecommerce, warehouse management system, transport management system
- Experience in managing marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee and Qoo10 will be an added advantage
