    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Tokyo HQ, Digital / Regional Management department head and local staff at offices and subsidiaries in Asia-Oceania region to carry out the following duties.
  • Regional PMO: Working together with Tokyo HQ (in Japanese) and department colleagues on regional programs and projects, you help ensure quality delivery through planning, communication, coordination, reporting and closure activities
  • Promote and facilitate adoption of IT initiatives: You will have the opportunity to represent regional IT initiatives, helping colleagues in the region better understand these initiatives and promoting their adoption. As you familiarize yourself with these initiatives, you will help facilitate adoption through activities such as addressing enquiries and communications and events management
  • Organizing the annual regional IT conference: You will be in charge of logistics and administrative tasks required in organizing our annual regional IT conference
  • Organize other online and in-person IT seminars: You will be in charge of administrative tasks involved in these events
  • Administrative matters: Conducts team's and regional's administrative tasks such as inventory taking projects, access rights management and documentations update
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Proficiency in English language and Japanese language for liaison with Japan headquarters
  • Proficient in business productivity applications such as Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in M365 solutions (e.g. Teams and SharePoint Online) is a plus
  • Possesses the ability to analyze problems in a logical manner
  • Approachable and have good written and verbal communication skills and is up to the challenge of cross-cultural communication
  • Self-starter who is resourceful and initiates work with basic instructions
  • Exhibits ownership and focus over responsibilities and assigned tasks and delivers quality
