Roles & Responsibilities

MAIN SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the landscape industry through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including property managers, real estate developers, municipalities, and commercial businesses.
Collaborate with the design and operations teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients and exceed their expectations.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.

Coordination with Supervisor & Horticulturist

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Horticulture, or a related discipline is often preferred.

· Previous experience in landscaping or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.

· Leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Knowledge of budgeting and project management.
