- Responsible for buildout, delivery and daily operation of ByteDance's global OTN infra
- Responsible for high level and low level design, road-map and standardisation of ByteDance's OTN
- Responsible for OTN automation and architecture optimisation
- Improve OTN availability and efficiency
- As a team member, responsible for ByteDance's global datacenter buildout and operations
- Expert knowledge on optical transportation, 3+ years experience of OTN solution, system design, architecture, service delivery and operation
- Hands on experience of major OTN devices, such as Ciena, Nokia, Infinera etc.
- Good troubleshooting skills, able to handle various OTN issues
- Self-motivated, good communication and written skills.
- Team player and participate Bytedance network global on call rotation.
- Network knowledge, such as TCP/IP, BGP is preferred
