About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
Job Responsibilities
Main duties and responsibilities but not limited to the following:
1) Generate and maintain Group Technology and Operations headcount and recruitment reports
2) Prepare management dashboard views for headcount movement and attrition
3) Develop and maintain MS Access database and Excel report templates to facilitate headcount and recruitment planning, and analysis
4) Maintain Hiring Affordability and Financial reports for Group Operations divisions
5) Review Group Operations hiring requests and alert any data discrepancies
6) Develop MS Excel reports that compile data into understandable formats such as dashboards, tables, graphs
7) Respond to adhoc data requests and analysis
8) Assist in any adhoc duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration/finance or related field.
Experience
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in financial analysis and performance management.
• Preferably with experience in analysing large amount of data from various sources.
• Ability to create summary reports using MS Excel pivot tables.
• Develop excel reports that compile data into understandable formats such as dashboards, tables, graphs.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Knowledge and Skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Highly organized, data driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
